Discovery Center

We also made it into the Discovery Center today. Sebastian enjoyed playing and running around with other kids his age.

He participated in a little dress-up (which I've never seen him do before). Another little boy put a beekeepers hat on Sebastian's head. Sebastian took it off after a few moments, but put it back on his own head later on.

Sebastian's interest in the real human skeleton impressed on of the volunteers, until I explained that the nice cabinet he was allowed to open and shut was probably the draw. We've been talking a lot about body parts recently ('what's this?','that is your hand', 'what's this?', 'that is your ankle', etc). Sebastian asked as he touched the hand, leg and foot bones. And I answered. He knows all of those words and parts of his own body. I have no clue what he thought of it all.

Sebastian also thought the pneumatic system transporting canisters across the loft was pretty cool.
