Is it just the lighting, or does your baby appear to have red hair?

So far, he has gingery hair. The red hair he was born with is falling out, and his first wave of post-partum hair appears to also be reddish. Phil and I were both gingery as infants/small children, so I won't be surprised if it darkens over time.
