Sebastian’s babylog

Today was C's last day. She has been filling in for Sebastian's regular sitter A, who had to take some time off.

C is a lovely young woman with a very bright future ahead of her. We feel fortunate to have met her, and wish her the best as she begins her professional career.

The photos aren't great because she said goodbye during naptime.

While we're sad to see C go, we're also happy A will be back tomorrow.

We're incredibly fortunate to have found such great people to take care of Sebastian.

Our regular babysitter A will be back at the end of the week, and our temporary replacement C couldn't come today. Luckily, Sebastian is a champion napper, even more so during teething. Nana Sheila & Grampa Jack came over to play between morning and afternoon naps (today, roughly a 3 hr window).

Cuddle with Grampa Jack! He also pushed me in my stroller while Mum and Nana Sheila chatted.

Observation number 1: I am cute.

Observation number 2: I have two lower front teeth, but you can't see them.

Tooth number one burst forth on 13th June, the second made an appearance on the 20th.

Not you great-auntie Kate, the other Kate ... oh, this is confusing. You're both fab, and this is great.

At least I have my own seat and food but I can't see the film from here.

Do all hotel rooms have a roof deck? Mum and Dad don't seem to think so. They need to travel with me more.

And on that farm I met some cows ...
... and a guinea pig, a peacock, horses... and a foal (which tried to eat me).

I spent bank holiday Monday meeting more of Dad's family.
